Shipping & Returns Policy

At Vopec Pharmaceuticals our goal is to have you receive your order in the shortest time possible.

Order Processing:

As a Standard Shipping Policy all orders received before 6.00 PM IST on a week day are processed on same day and shipped out the next day if the item(s) is in stock. Products may be delivered in separate shipments. We ship all orders by Registered post or Private Courier.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that your product has left our facility.

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging not mentioning the contents of the shipment for your privacy.

Delivery Time:

The delivery normally takes 5 to 7 working days but might take up to 10 working days in exceptional cases. In case your parcel does not arrive within 12 days, we will re-send your order without any charges or refund your full paid amount including the shipping charges.

Sometimes the custom department of a country detains the products for inspection. In such cases, please allow additional time for mail delays and we will prefer to re-send you an other pack.

Tracking Orders:

Tracking is available only for parcels shipped through Private Courier and speed post of Indian Postal services.

48 hours after the dispatch of shipment, we get a tracking number from postal department. Buyer can track the order on postal website .

Returns and Replacements:

If an order does not arrive within the specified delivery time, the customer is eligible for a full refund or a reshipment. If a product is damaged in shipment or a wrong item or expired items is shipped, we will immediately resend the order and you may not need to return your item.

If you want to return the item due to any other reason, please send us an email here to get the returning instructions. In such case we will not refund the posting and handling charges. Only the product price will be refunded after receiving back the product.

An order cannot be cancelled after the shipment, unless it is received by the buyer and returned back to us.
