Lemon juice
Stir in some lemon juice into warm water and add a teaspoon of honey. Let this be your morning elixir to start with. You will lose pounds like magic.
Apple cider vinegar
Stir in 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar into warm water and keep sipping on this water whenever you can.
Aloe vera
